I moved from Minnesota to Florida permanently and decided I would rent on the beach and selected this beautiful property in Sandarac. I made the drive from Minnesota to Fort Myers Beach with my two sisters and when we arrived I immediately loved this place. Even the rug they have in there place, I had the same one and very much my taste. Then I opened up the sliding glass doors to the balcony and could see the beautiful view with palm trees to the right and the gorgeous ocean. I feel blessed I got to wake up each day and enjoy coffee with that amazing view and at night could see some of the most stunning sunsets. This place is on the 4th floor and just took elevator or for me I enjoy walking down the stairs to be able to just walk down to the ocean just steps. I would run four days a week and so nice to be right there to be able to have this kind of routine. I was blessed to daily meet so many amazing people from our country but many others. Best restaurants and boutiques just down and across the street. Unfortunately I was there for hurricane Ian and pray for so many in Fort Myers Beach and other areas with complete devastation. Feel lucky to be alive and feel so blessed I had this special time at this beautiful place and would have purchased a place there that is how much I loved it. The owners at Kathy Nesbit Vacations and staff I cannot say enough of how wonderful they were and have been during the hurricane when they lost there business. I pray for you all and know I’ll be back.

Our stay was seamless. The place was clean. There were a few small maintenance issues, that the landlord took care of with in 2 days. (Pretty good since the 1st day was a holiday). Building was quiet. The ocean is right there. Beds were good.
The only downside in January the pool does not get much sun. On cool days it was not fun to use. but then again the ocean is right there.

Best vacation ever. Condo was very nice and as advertised. Location was amazing. FMB is beautiful. Can't wait to return.

Our stay at Sandarac was absolutely beautiful the condominium looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect location everyone at Sandarac was friendly and helpful. Our kids and grandkids loved it and we look forward to coming back. The owners had everything we needed, a umbrella for the beach, chairs even a cooler. We even found noodles for the pool underneath one of the beds. Thank you so much and we hope to visit again soon, Liz and Jon
