Everything was nice. We enjoyed staying in your hotel.
The shower water was not warm...very sad..no matter how I turned the facets the water was too cold to enjoy.

Staff are lovely, room was very clean. Massage therapists are really excellent, they sorted out a long term problem I had with my forearms. Really close to Dang Muay Thai gym which is also excellent.

Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean, and very helpful and accommodating staff.
The heritage suite had no natural light coming. The shutters were bolted shut and they were grimy on the outside with all kinds of knick knacks stored outside where there should have been a patio. I could hear every step and every noise from the room above. I either had to keep my noise cancelling headphones or my earplugs on the entire time. Hard to believe it is rated a 5 star hotel and pushed by Booking.com.
