loved the room - you can tell they put thought into the renovations of the room and bathroom - the bed was so incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby! Brendan, the owner was up until I arrived almost at midnight!
honestly not much, but breakfast was pretty basic so it could maybe be improved but that didn't bother me so much as there was a great coffee shop down the block!

Beautiful place. Wonderful, huge sitting porch. Wonderful common areas to luxuriate in. Very nice bathrooms. Decent carbohydrate breakfast included. Very nice owner/host lives on premise.

Very well appointed rooms with a nice lounge and porch. There were plenty of breakfast options (though not cooked). Brendan (the host) was very pleasant to talk with. The local bar/restaurant (Print Room) was a good place to meet local folk.
It was a little difficult to find at first. No sign on the street, and only a small house name at the door.

I glanced at the breakfast. There was nothing I cared to eat.
The cleanliness was not up to par. Our room needed to be vacuumed as well as the hallway. There were also ants here and there in our room. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty. There were hair clippings on the sink, faucet and toilet.
