The location, the view. The layout of the property and all the facilities were excellent.

The method of communication was difficult. It was via email which meant I couldn't get a response right away. The office number was also not answered. The WiFi password was wrong. The pillows and a few of the beds were very soft. The bbq was not clean enough to use. We had to do a thorough clean before we could use it and it was very time consuming.
