About this apartment rental
Kawarau View is a modern & warm, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It has all the required amenities for self-catering and has spectacular views of the Remarkable Mountains.
Kawarau View is conveniently located in the heart of Frankton, only 5 minutes drive to Queenstown Airport, 1 minute walk to the Remarkables Park Shopping Centre, local Cafes, Restaurants & Bars and only 17.5 kms from the Remarkables Ski Area. Queenstown is a 9km drive.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a balcony to enjoy the views from and in summer relax and enjoy outside dining. The kitchen is compact and very functional with all modern appliances and full cooking facilities if you wish to self cater.
Kawarau View is well appointed two Bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; both bedrooms have quality Queen Beds, electric blankets, double wardrobes and extra heating in the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are modern with underfloor heating, heated towel rail, shower, vanity and toilet. One bathroom is an ensuite and the second is a separate bathroom off the living area with laundry facilities.
Due to local council regulations, the maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Infants are not charged, but they must be included in the total guest count.
Guest will have access to the whole apartment. Guests can arrive at their own leisure any time after 3pm as the self check-in details for the property are emailed to you 5 days prior your arrival. There`s no personal meet & greet for this property.
Linen & Towels, Wifi and basic set-up consumables are included.

This was a really great property to stay at for a cousins wedding. It’s nicely appointed with two bedrooms and two baths, a nice balcony, and small kitchen and living room. It would have been nice to have some fans to circulate the air from the living area to the bedrooms, though at night because the air conditioning doesn’t pull in much coolness to those bedrooms. bathroom floors are heated which was a very nice surprise. Would also recommend having some plastic wrap or sandwich bags. It was great to have essentials like salt and pepper and oil so that you could cook. Having a washer and dryer help tremendously, although a set of instructions would have helped as the washer drawer would not pull out.
Overall, this was a great property centrally located to a shopping center and grocery store and the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent size bedrooms and wardrobes

Quality towels comfortable beds
Having SKY TV Netflix etc would have been a great addition to our stay

Was a great location for what we needed to do, photos are true to what to expect of the property. Modern clean and tidy.
- minor suggestions the information booklet in the apartment is out of date we couldn’t get the tv to work as the Freeview box was missing a cord the property manager did come and replace this though.
-also the information about rubbish disposal etc is also now out of date (tells you wrong bin etc)
But none of these Thing effected our stay and we had a great time, would definitely recommend and stay here again 😊
