Toru Top Floor Apartment is located right at the Remarkables Park shopping precinct, putting supermarkets, retail stores, a fitness centre, cafés, restaurants, bike hire, the Silky Otter cinema, bus stops, and other everyday conveniences all within easy walking distance.
Set in the heart of Frankton, the apartment provides excellent access to Queenstown Airport, the Remarkables Ski Field, and the main routes into Queenstown CBD, Arrowtown, and surrounding areas — perfect for work trips, ski trips, or a hassle-free getaway.
KITCHEN AND LIVING:
Enter the front door and step into the compact open plan living and dining area. To the left you’ll find the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a fridge, oven and dishwasher; if you need a break from all the culinary delights there are plenty of eateries nearby or take the public transport into the Queenstown CBD for some sight seeing or plan a special night out and book an Uber for your return.
An ideal location base whatever the season or pursuit – relaxation, skiing, activity, adventure – all in the heart of Frankton.

Excellent location, under carpark parking not suitable for 4WD with roof racks, 2nd bedroom literally too small to fit any luggage in (bed fills up entire room). Clean, tidy, and has everything you need in the kitchen and lounge area (coffee pod machine great to have too)

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Toru apartments! The place was extremely clean, it had everything we needed, and was quiet and safe. We were thrilled to find out it was about 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and the grocery store. We actually took the bus into town which saved us money on an Uber. The host was very accommodating for letting us check in early and was quick to respond every time. It was very close to the airport too! Had a great time and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Convenient spot, close to everything. Very clean and modern. Great views of the mountain and I personally enjoyed watching all the planes land and take off. Nice, Quiet spot. Everything we needed for our stay.

Me and my wife were very happy staying in this apartment.
The location was just what we needed, close to shops and the sights we wanted to see.
