Beautiful 2 bed condo within short walking distance to downtown Fraser. You have the Fraser River right out the back patio as well as the Fraser River Trail connecting you to Fraser and, Winter Park town, and Resort. The Lift free town shuttle bus stop is steps away and you are minutes from Winter Park Ski area. King bed in master bedroom and double queen bunk beds in second bedroom. In the living area a 55 inch flat screen TV, Comcast cable television, smart tv (with Roku for apps), bluetooth speaker and gas fireplace on a thermostat ready for your use. Full kitchen with all the amenities and washer/dryer for your convenience. Gorgeous views off the large private back patio. The Fraser Still Distillery / Camber Brewing and Fraser River Brewing are all downtown Fraser are a few minutes walk. This is a ground floor unit, no stairs anywhere in the condo.

The beds were very comfortable. They had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, bathroom amenities. We did not lack anything during our stay. The area is just beautiful. There is a trail that follows the river right behind the property. The only thing that would have made it even better is access to a hot tub. I would recommend this property

Comfortable beds. Great towels. Good view out back. Close to Safeway and river trail. Easy check in. Unfortunately you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs. Bring ear plugs!
