Welcome to your cozy mountain retreat in the heart of Fraser! The perfect home base for skiing, hiking, biking, fly-fishing, and exploring all that beautiful Grand County has to offer. Whether you`re here for adventure or relaxation, our condo offers comfort, convenience, and stunning views of the Rockies.
After a day outside, unwind on the private deck, fire up the grill, or curl up by the wood-burning stove (currently unavailable due to maintenance — see note). Cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, stream a movie, or stroll to nearby breweries, restaurants, trails, and the free shuttle to Winter Park.

Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.
Liability:
Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - a pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$.
