Close to the see, quiet atmosphere. Nice breakfast and host.
"Deluxe room" is a very big exaggeration: clean and fine, but far more not "deluxe".
No kitchen/kitchenette utensils, drinking water is not provided.

Beautiful location, a generous and varied breakfast, and a very kind host. The accommodation itself is quite basic, with furniture and facilities showing noticeable wear, so it's best to come with the right expectations. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills stay in a peaceful setting away from it all, this can be a good choice. Bonus: the bed was very comfortable.
Bathroom photos are misleading and I personally missed having blackout curtains

Isolated location on the sea. Went swimming every morning, but you need swimming shoes but the water is very clear.
No espresso.
Ants got into trail mix in pack.
It is like a cabin, but it could be a little cleaner with a little more effort

I loved the beach front, it was so convenient and relaxing. Very quiet as well as not many villas are on site.
The rooms looked a bit run down or old.
