Imsouane Magic House

Location was amazing. View is exactly like it’s shown in the picture.The staff, especially Omar and Adam were very sweet. Female staff did not converse with us (definitely a language barrier) but we totally felt welcoming. Also, they left us a welcome fruit package which was 100% appreciated.

The room is not as well maintained as we expected. The walls, towels and bedding were visibly smudgy. The fridge was not clean but as we did not need the fridge, it didn’t bother us. The mirrors had visible smears and could have been cleaned. We also did not complain about any of this with the staff as we were not super bothered by these issues but having better facilities would have definitely justified the price we paid.

Location and views are top. The service is so friendly and always happy to help. Served breakfast was very convenient and flexible.

Beautiful setting, clean comfy room with en-suite bathroom including toiletries. Room also had a fridge, a table and chairs and a terrace with sun loungers looking over the bay, so you could have your own snacks and drinks in your room and enjoy your private terrace. Location is great - near the beach, and the centre with shops and eateries. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was delicious and filling - eggs, Moroccan salad, breads and pastries with tea and coffee whilst watching the sea - idyllic. The hotel is very clean and cosy and there is also an area to sit and read or hang out, a ping pong table and an area to dry wet suits and boards. Special thanks to Adam who looked after us so well and was helpful, charming and friendly. But all the staff are good - nothing seemed too much trouble.
