DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, WITH USE OF COMMON SWIMMINGPOOL, AND OUTDOOR AREAS. HUGE 220 SQUARE METERS, APPARTMENT OVER 3 FLOORS, 3 BATHROOMS, 3 BEDROOMS, BIG LIVING ROOM WITH ATTACHED KITCHEN. THE APPARTMENT IS CAREFULLY FURNISHED IN THE MORROCAN STYLE.

Let me explain you a little bit more;
You have the choice to park the car in the underground parking and get into the apartment from there or from the entrance on the upper floor leading to the livingroom and kitchen.
Ground floor:
Car park with direct entrance to groundfloor. Glassdoor leading to small garden and lemontree outside.
Living room with a safari inspired sitting group the a pale blue bedroom with doublebed, WC and shower.
Small room for washingmachine and storage.
1 Floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with a big canopy (baldakin) double bed in green and yellow colours and then another bedroom with two separate beds.
Bathroom with shower and WC.
Floor 2
My american kitchen has all kinds of facilities, micro oven, big fridge, modern, waterheater, coffemachine, bread toaster, and other equippment etc...
Dining table, moroccan style with barchairs, here you will find place for 8 people, The sitting group in the corner for relaxing or looking at television, is typical low moroccan seating in shades of grey, beige with nice kelim pillows.
The tables are the old style moroccan teatables.
The television has Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and English channels.
This sitting room leads to a big terasse 25 sq.m
This terasse is furnished with sunbeds, table and parasol.
Seaview 180 degrees.
There are Internett with a wifi and good connection.
The appartment is situated in a modern tourist complex with 61 units.
There are a shared swimmingpool, sunterasse and showers.
The complex is situated directly on the beach with a small fishing village below.
Small grocery store in the complex .
4 km to neareast village, Imi Ouddar, restaurants, Aquapart, shops etc.
Public busses stops just outside. It will take 35 minutes from the apartment to Agadir by buss or car.
Enjoy a peacefull, quiet surroundings close to the beach.
Ideal for surfers, some of the best surfspots the area are situated here. The complex is guarded day & night.

The property is a little isolated in a complex that is occupied by only a few residents. We needed to wash dishes before using as many of pots and pans were ‘sticky’. Fridge and stove worked well, although very dated. Same with bedsheets and towels. A lovely refresh of this property would actually make it a more desirable destination.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet but still close to local attractions. Anne Marthe was responsive, and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. We spent two weeks in the property and it was absolutely brilliant. Anne the owner was there when we arrived and was there if we needed anything at all. She's so lovely.
We really loved the large balcony area and spent many happy hours sitting outside. The pool is immaculately clean and the children met some other lovely children.
The property is very spacious and has high ceilings. It's not a brand new property so a few things were a little older but that was fine with us and certainly the price was excellent. We were there at the end of the heat wave and although the property is traditionally built to keep cool and brought us a really powerful fan and we were absolutely fine.
You do need a car but that wasn't a problem and it was easy to get into Agadir and back.
We would recommend it for families with children age 5 and up.
We loved all the little cats who regularly visited.
We hope to return.

Loved our stay and all the amenities. The location was great and property staff extremely helpful and friendly. Guard dog on site was nice to have. Would stay again and recommend to my family and friends
