About this house rental
During the summer months rentals are by the week only. In the off season, a three day minimum is required.

Located approximately one hour northwest of Albany, NY. Enjoy beautiful, quiet sunrises on the spacious deck overlooking the sparkling lake and star filled evenings around the fire pit.
This fully furnished year-round residence has a spectacular, panoramic lake view from its large great room with gas fireplace. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is plenty of room for family and/or friends to share the ultimate getaway together.
Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet with private entrance to deck. Lower bedroom has private access to patio. The three queens, bunk bed and for overflow, a pull-out couch in family room, allows sleeping for 10.
There’s a sizable family room with walk out to patio equipped with gas grill and picnic tables. Whether it’s a peaceful quiet time or a large gathering, there’s plenty of room inside and out to enjoy your time away at the lake.
100’ of private shoreline provides great access for swimming, boating, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Dock, mooring buoy, rowboat and canoe are available for your enjoyment. ( see note below )
Nearby attractions include Saratoga Springs with its historic horse racing track and Performing Arts Center, the Great Escape theme park, and Lake George village with great restaurants and outlet shopping, tubing and rafting. Also, nearby is the charming village of Northville with its restaurants and quaint shops, great for a quiet afternoon of strolling.
The camp is within 100 yards of the NYS snowmobile trail system. Taking you to stores, resturants and all of the other trails in the state. (Conditions permitting). Contact us for current conditions.
As a side note, due to the changing water levels, our docks are available from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. conditions permitting. Please contact us for more info.

The house was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative and replied promptly to texts. The neighbors were also very friendly.

Everything about this property is top notch. Great views from every room in the house- waking up to those amazing sunrises are a great start to the day. The house itself is gorgeous and super clean. The owners are very nice people- we didn’t see them too much- but it was nice to know that the were around in case we needed them. The waterfront was perfect, the dock worked out great for our 22’ boat, kayaks and for fishing and swimming. We have rented many houses on the lake over the years, but we all agreed that this one was the best.
