WE WERE PRESENTED WITH A REAL CHALLENGE TO VISIT the town from the location of the apart. The apartment is difficult to find and the description "near to center" is misleading, at least for an old couple like us . It is one mile away, and unfortunately, the nearest taxi station was empty or drivers refused to take us because they were having a break. That is of course subjective, we would have enjoyed it a lot in the past century!! Seriously, the apart should state precisely the real distance, give info about which tramway to use, and warn people that taxis are not reliable, and try very hard to charge too much...

THIS IS EVEN MORE SERIOUS: THE APART IS VERY HARD TO FIND, as there are three buildings, with the same number, i.e. 3 different houses with number 15 stated in the booking. And, which is more, in an alley strictly forbidden to cars. We had NO PREVIOUS INFORMATION before arrival. neither about the code to the building nor about the access to the key. We called the management of the apart three times. The response was the information HAD BEEN SENT. We were actually lucky to get help from a Polish neighbor, AVA, who understood english and called the manager AGAIN three times, in Polish, until he accepted to give us yhe exact location of the house, the codes to the building and the key box instead of blaming us for his communication failure. BTW: most of the neighbors are really nice, though they do not understand english. I mean the situation could have been very difficult without AVA.

Apartment is big and location is great

Cleanliness of apartment was not ok. Sofas are with stains and kitchen was dirty.
