Ground floor: Cozy kitchen with direct exit to the front garden area, dining table w. 6 chairs, farmers cupboard, hall wardrobe. Inviting living room with fireplace and exit to the back garden. Couch, 3 armchairs, sat.-TV / CD / radio. Shower room / WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (double beds 1.8mx 2m), bathroom m. Bathtub / shower u. WC. In the DG (open gallery): sofa bed. Can also be used as a play / retreat space or Changing facility.
Outside: garden furniture, sheltered seating in front of the house, (bicycle) shed, parking space directly at the house, quiet and. relaxing location, no through traffic!
The bathing and fishing village Prerow is a good size and offers a good one (within walking distance!) Infrastructure plenty of space for various holiday activities (cycling through the fields or the Darßer (primeval) forest, extensive beach walks, swimming / water sports, tours of the lagoon, horse riding). The ideal, sun-drenched location in the heart of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, surrounded by 2 different beaches, extensive forest area and the extensive lagoon landscape, enables numerous worthwhile trips to the surrounding area.
