In the beautiful valley of Polop de la Marina you will find this cozy vacation terraced house in a breathtakingly beautiful natural landscape, surrounded by mountains and impressive rock formations. The house with a living area of 60 m² is divided into two levels. On the first floor there are comfortable living rooms with direct access to the terrace and outdoor area, a bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. One of the bedrooms has a great balcony with impressive views of the surroundings. In the well-maintained residential complex you can refresh yourself in the community pool and enjoy the sun on the green lawns. In the nearby surroundings you will find shopping and restaurants and the beautiful beaches of the coast can be reached in 8 km....
