Come check out this completely rebuilt and freshly furnished 2 bedroom beauty, Loggerhead Cay #403, located within just a few steps to the sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! One step through the door you'll be in beachside heaven! This unique top floor, corner end unit boasts vaulted, beamed ceilings and tons of natural light! Recently rebuilt with all wood flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms, and furnished to perfection with a calming beach style twist. Location can't be beat with easy access on and off island great for avoiding in-season traffic and even better for being close to the miles of island wide bike paths close to many shopping, restaurants, and public beaches! Don't miss your little slice of Sanibel paradise!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

As with all the properties in the area recovering from the hurricanes, it shows mostly at Loggerhead Cay in the landscape and club house. But, the condo we were in had been recently updated and was beautiful! It was clean, well organized, spacious, close to the beach with everything you need, and had a comfortable king bed. The pool was warm and crystal clear! We had excellent communication with the property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

Updated, well maintained, and impeccably clean. Steps away from the pool, and a few more steps and you've got your toes in the Gulf! Pretty awesome location just minutes bike ride away (actually faster than by car) from all kinds of restaurants 5 min bike ride to the marina, cruised on the Sanibel Thriller around the island, lunch overlooking the yachts, bike ride back to the condo to relax on the lanai! Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was high quality, like the beach chairs, towels, etc. Didn't really need to bring anything. Not only are we recommending it to friends and family, but we'll be back!
