Luxury apartment in West Kensington

We would go back in a heartbeat if we ever return to London

The property is near an underground station. There are stairs, so pack light. LaBelle Cafe is popular for breakfast. We walked to Tesco and our host had plenty of bags avaliable to carry our groceries (7 minute walk). Be sure to get napkins, your own washcloth, and paper towels if you use them. You'll need a 1 lb. coin for a cart in Tesco. Good hot shower for my tall husband and deep tub for me. We cooked breakfast before sightseeing and the stove/oven work fine along with the washing machine/dryer. We used a drying rack for clothes too. Hair dryer was basic. It is a compact space with all you need for two people and has lots of charm in the decor. The hosts were great with communication and timing. I would stay here again for the convenience of the tube's District line, which gets you to all the main attractions in London.

Clean flat with unique decor in a good location. The bed is a little uncomfortable - would be awesome if there was a newer mattress! Thanks for a great stay though.

We were here for 21 days, and it felt like home. Close to two tube stations servicing multiple lines, several markets close by with a Tesco Marketplace within walking distance. The flat had absolutely everything you might need including a pour-over, filter coffee maker. That was certainly appreciated since that is what we use daily in the USA. We were met at check-in and given detailed instructions on how things worked. Induction cookery is not very popular in the US yet, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the range used that technology. I like to watch tv in bed so having one in both the bedroom and the lounge was a plus. Stephane was super quick to respond to my questions and gave clear answers. I can understand why this property is so highly rated and booked so fully. I come to London almost every year and this will be a property I will return to.
