Locatie excelenta, foarte dragut decorata si cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur reusit. Foarte aproape de Piata Sfatului, ne-am putut plimba relaxati la orice ora

Singura provocare este parcarea, uneori gaseam mai greu fiind exact in centrul orasului

Designul interior este superb, mai ales peretii din caramida. Patul a fost comfortabil. Baia are usa din lemn, deci exista intimitate. In bucatarie au avut ulei, sare si piper, deci am putut gati o mica salata.

We had a great stay at this apartment, 2 adults and 2kids! The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to Piata Sfatului, making it easy to explore Brasov city center. The apartment is beautifully renovated, cozy and exceptionally clean. It is also very quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Highly recommended!

As a suggestion for improvement, the building hallway could use some renovation to match the beautiful interior. Also, the bed in the bedroom creaks, which might be worth checking. We were lucky with the warm weather, but we noticed that the entrance door is not well insulated, leading to heat loss. This means the heating system has to work harder at night, which could result in higher gas costs. It would be a great improvement to address this for both comfort and efficiency. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment!

Красивый аппартамент, месторасположение просто великолепное, просторная спальня и в целом просторный апаратамент, чистое белье и полотенца. Есть вся бытовая техника.

Достаточно прохладно, отопление так и не набрало комфортную температуру. Небыло чая, кофе, сахара, кухонного полотенца и тряпки, это не удобно. Управляющий мог бы включить заранее отопление чтобы мы заселились в теплое жильё.
