Next to Crown beach with spectacular view of San Francisco.

The cottage is the back unit of a Gorgeous Victoria house. It is updated and decorated with French Country theme, with a private yard and outdoor dining and seating area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. Cottage is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and the garden.
Interaction with guests
I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit.
Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.

We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated. Everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay is provided. There’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the essential kitchen items. The towels and paper products were arranged in a very thoughtful and decorative way, and the cottage also has a lovely private backyard. The beds were also very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here!
