The stuff was amazing. They were very polite, welcoming and always eager to help. They definitely deserve 10+ mark.
The hotel is very well positioned, close to most attractions, and city center, and very well connected to all parts of the city, both with bike lanes and public transport. Still, it is not in crowded area, so there is not much noise.

The flag was comfortable
All was well, I would only suggest to have a mop in the bathroom to clean up after the shower but it’s a very minor thing as the apartment gets cleaned every day

We had a very nice stay at Ramirez apartments. The location is very convenient, and since our windows did not open to the main street, we did not have any noise issues even with open windows. For me, cleanliness is the most important factor when booking a place, and this apartment was very clean, which made me feel very comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and amenities, and the staff also made an effort to provide anything else we might need.

Very noisy, both from outside, but also from the other apartments. It feels like there’s nothing separating you from outside sometimes
