2 night stay at Panoramic Suite

The apartment was in a wonderful location. The view was stunning, and there was a wide window. The apartment was super clean, and there were fruits with croissants as treats from the hostess. We had a private parking as well so we didn't have to park at the narrow street.

The furniture and equipment are a little old, but the kitchen is well equipped.

The flat has a great view and is clean. But it doesn't balance the negative points.

At 9.30PM we realize that there is no bottle of water in the fridge. I send a SMS to the person who manages the room (she lives in the same building) asking where I can find water and she answered that the supermarkets are closed and I can drink the tap water. Really? Very tired , we went outside and found a shop selling water on the lake side. Providing a bottle of water is à standard in Greece . And the anwer was really not appropriate. Once back we were ready to sleep and I realize that there is no linen in the bed. I found one between two blankets but for a single bed... Very disappointed as you can imagine. The person doesn't speak foreign languages.

Great value for money with great views of the lake

The main selling point of this apartment is the balcony and the view. There was plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils if we had wanted to cook in the apartment. It is a large apartment which has a very good air conditioning unit which kept the whole apartment cool. A big comfy bed was also a bonus as was the generous amounts of toilet tissue. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Initially we really struggled to find the property due to the one way system in this part of Kastoria so don't rely on Satnav as it took us all over the place before a very kind local drove us the right way. It would have been useful if we had a map from the property detailing exactly how to get to the property. The shower head didn't work really well and the water dribbled out. Despite loving the balcony, unfortunately we couldn't use it until the sun set as the sun shone directly on it and it was far too hot for us! The patio doors caused us difficulties in closing them at night, luckily we had a shutter we could put down instead. No kettle or toaster in the apartment.

Комната выглядит так как будто этот ремонт делали оооочень давно. Все поломанное и выглядит убого. В ванной нет вытяжки, вентиляции, но там есть окно, которое не открывалось. В ванной комнате летом сауна. Матрас был удобный. Кондиционер тихий.
