About this apartment rental
Beautiful three bedroom three bathroom split level duplex apartment in the picturesque town of Carboneras. Amazing views of the town and sea from the 30m terrace and from two of the three bedrooms. Upstairs comprises of utility room, toilet, fully fitted kitchen and large salon/dining area. The large bay windows allow lots of light and access to the terrace. Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms, master bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite. Furnished to a high standard throughout and with air conditioning in all rooms, our apartment provides a great base for exploring the town, beaches and local area or just relaxing on the ample terrace. Excellent for families and couples for long or short stays
Carboneras is situated in the protected area of the Cabo de Gata one of the most beautiful and unspoilt coastlines of Spain. Once solely fishing village it now caters for visitors all year round. Fishing is still prominent and you may want to take part yourself or just sample the produce in one of the many fine local restaurants. These days Carboneras also has much more to offer with a large leisure marina, beachfont promenade, scuba as well as the miles of beautiful beaches including the famous Playa de los muertos next to the village. It is also well situated for local golf courses, Vera water park, Mojacar, the caves at Sorba, Nejar and much more, so whether it is sport, action or just relaxation Carboneras has a lot to offer and our apartment makes for the perfect base to explore the region. Also with its good motorway links Almeria, the Cabo de gata and Granada are not too far away.
Now with high speed internet for those quieter moments.

Everything available what is needed to have a good time, even some Bordgames and a PlayStation :-)
You should have a little bit fitness to reach the Appartement, but you will be rewarded with a stunning view. The apartment itself is very nice and has also some very good photographs from the landloards on the wall.

Todo muy bien, pasamos una vacaciones muy buenas y eramos seis. Gema siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Tuvimos algún problema (nada importante) que Gema y David van a resolver. Las vistas fenomenales, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, la vitrocerámica, frigorífico, etc. Todo bien equipado, dos baños en buen estado. Cerca de la playa y en centro de Carboneras. Hay un supermercado a 10 min andando y el Mercadona a 5 en coche. La piscina genial, vimos dos camaleones mientras nos dábamos un baño.
Si tuviera que comentar una mejora seria un toldo para poder utilizar la terraza mejor durante el día pero hay sombrilla y mesa con sillas.
