About this house rental
Pietetsfull newly renovated gardener residence with lake view, situated in an orangery built in empire style in the early 1840s.
The apartment of 100 sqm consists of three rooms (a living room with pipe-stove and two bedrooms with tiled ovens) and kitchen (one with fireplace, fireplace and dining area and a new with dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove and extra oven). Modern fresh bathroom with washer and dryer.
Access to the orangerid part with two large halls that can be used for dinner, parties etc.
Large beautiful garden adjacent to the mansion park with two sitting areas, gas grill and reclining chairs m.
Access to own bathing area with dock and rowing boat. Possibility of fishing in the part of the lake belonging to the farm.
Good possibilities for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking in the adjoining beautiful scenery.
Bed linen and towels are provided. If breakfast is desired, this can also be provided in the fridge.
Bus stop at the farm, train station 5 km (Falerum station).

Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man an Equipment braucht. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Orangerie ist Teil einer großen Gutsanlage. Zu ihr gehört ein großer Teil des weitläufigen Parks mit vielen schönen Bäumen. Es gibt schöne Sitzplätze unter Apfelbäumen. Zum See muss man nur einige Meter einen kleinen Hügel hintuntergehen und eine Bahnschiene überqueren. Die Orangerie besteht aus einer alten Halle und einer Wohnung. Diese enthält zum Teil antiquarisches Mobiliar, die technischen Geräte sind aber alle neuwertig und sehr gut. Es handelt sich um einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaubsort mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre.

Wir haben Ruhe und Ungestörtheit gesucht und in der Orangerie mit dem großen, gepflegten Grundstück auch gefunden. Die Küche ist für die Eigenversorgung sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierbereich erlauben auch Einkäufe für mehrere Tage. Geschirr, Besteck usw. ist ebenfalls reichlich und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Was die Ausstattung der Zimmer angeht ist diese einfach, aber sehr stilecht und ansprechend. Man fühlt sich - im positiven Sinne - wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt und wir konnten dort wunderbar abschalten. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und weitläufig und bittet viele nicht einsehbare Plätze zum Verweilen und Ausruhen. Die Orangerie liegt oberhalb des Sees, der Zugang zum eigenen Steg mit Ruderboot ist aber kein Problem und in ca. 2 Minuten zu bewältigen. Kurz vor dem See muss man eine eingleisige Bahnstrecke queren – etwas was uns Anfangs etwas Sorgen machte. Der Zug fährt aber offensichtlich nur tagsüber und dann auch nur wenige Male (morgens und abends), so dass wir lediglich beim Queren der Gleise (2 Schritte) aufpassen mussten und anderweitig kein Problem damit hatten. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man ihn braucht – ansonsten lässt er die Gäste sich ungestört erholen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden dort jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
