About this apartment rental
Elegant apartment situated on the ground-floor of a Villa located in Como with a spectacular view of the city.
The apartment of 160 square meters, with separate entrance, has a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a king size bed, lounge, fireplace, relaxation area with infusions, indoor heated swimmingpool, large garden, air conditioning. Possibilty of an additional single bed.
The pool is sapareted by a glass wall and door from the main sleeping and lounge area. The swimmingpool and the garden are for the exclusive use of our guests.
The house is extremely bright and finished with design and quality's materials and supplies.

Nearby chance of beautiful walks.
The City of Como is around 1.5 km far and it is easly accessible by walk, by bus (bus stop at 50mt) or Taxi service.
At about 2 Km you will find the enchanting "Brunate" with his lighthouse and a breathtaking view of the lake and the city.
The B&B SUITE & POOL is the ideal destination for a relaxing and elegant stay at a few steps from the beautiful sorroundings of Lake Como.
additional Como-stay tax is requested: 1euro per adult per day (only for the first 4 nights) to be paid directly to owner.

Summary of reviewsGreat solution, kind and helpful owner, recommended. Exactly as proposed on the website, very well-kept interiors and in a very convenient location to reach the center. The indoor pool is clearly a plus. A dream come true, even better than the pictures. A private pool accessible from the living room. Our kids didn't want to leave the apartment, and if they did, they wanted to come back as soon as possible! I can conscientiously recommend it 100%. We will definitely come back. We love it.

Esattamente come proposto sul sito, molto curati gli interni ed in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. La piscina coperta e' chiaramente un plus.

Es ist wirklich ein Traum, noch besser als auf den Bildern. Ein privater Pool begehbar aus dem Wohnzimmer.;)
Unsere Kinder wollte nicht das Appartment verlassen und wenn dann wollten Sie so schnell wie möglich wieder zurück!
Kann ich zu 100% gewissenhaft weiter empfehlen.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
