After a devastating fire almost destroyed our house and studio apartment, and after a 16 months of fighting with insurance companies, adjusters, contractors and permitting agencies, we have been able to bring you a better, bigger and improved "Lovely and cozy studio apartment minutes from white sandy beaches, IMG Academy, Sarasota, Theaters, dining and UTC Mall". Located in Bradenton, FL minutes from Sarasota and Tampa International Airports. The studio includes a private separate entrance, private bathroom, wifi, a kitchenette with full size fridge, Keurig, and two burner stove top, washer and dryer, dining room for 4 people, a Queen Bed and a pull out sofa sleeper. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, award winning Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. Pets are welcome (limit 25 lbs) for a small fee ($25)

It was great for the 2 of us. We had everything we needed. We did have issues with not being able to get local TV channels, only Amazon Prime shows & movies available Cabinets had all the necessities in bathroom & kitchen and even a couple extras. The nightly rate was just right for the sq footage & amenities

The house that is connected has dogs so my son heard barking and he had driven 14 hours and needed rest. Also you can smell food cooking. They had a curry type cooking odor around midnight, so he had to leave the place until the smell dissipated around 3am. He was working the next day. The location was nice and safe, and neighbor was pleasant to talk to, but being connected to the house you can hear and smell things.
The bed on the left side had long black hair on the sheets and he knows they are not his short brown hair. Overall pleasant stay but these notes are for the owners. Thank you
