Parking in Manitou Springs is extremely rare. Only two parking spaces available, other vehicles will be towed.

The living room offers a large wall mounted TV with built in Roku and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu Apps.



The Neighborhood:

The Manitou and Pikes Peak Cog Railway will take you to the top of Pikes Peak with an elevation of 14,115 feet. At the Cave of the Winds, you will descend into the colorful depths of Colorado. Miramont Castle and the Cliff Dwellings Museum will take you back in time. The Iron Springs Chateau Melodrama will tickle your funny bone and delight your senses. The Garden of the Gods Park & The Garden of the Gods Visitors & Nature Center will lift your spirit. Visit the Garden of the Gods Trading Post at the south edge of the park for the largest gift shop and gallery in the area. The Ghost Town Museum and the Manitou Springs Heritage Center will bring you back 100 years to an 1800’s old west town.



Getting Around:

Most of Manitou Springs is within reasonable walking distance. Lyft and Uber are also available in this area.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

* Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals.

* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;

* Trash cans are located on the right side of the property, behind the tree and behind the fence. Please don't leave the trash in the front of the property due to wildlife trying to get to the trash.

* Property has security cameras;

* No Central AC - window unit in the master bedroom to cool the home

*We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

This property was a cute and cozy little condo. It very clean and updated and worked great for our family for a night. The hosts were very good at communicating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The check in time was a little late for our quick trip, but it ended up working out ok and we were very greatly for having parking. It was a super busy weekend in town, so it was nice to have a place to park and be able to walk into town. Great location if you want to be able to walk around and explore Manitou Springs. The trash location was a little unclear, but we were able to message the host and try to sort things out. Enjoy your stay at this location!!

We chose this property specifically for the hot tub, which was listed as part of the enticing title on VRBO. The apartment was great - clean, cute, and sufficient. But the hot tub was not clean. The water was milky and green and when we turned the jets on the resulting giant amount of bubbles were not typical of hot tubs We are still awaiting a refund.
