Very friendly staff, eager to help, careful also with the kid. The hotel is clean and there are different areas for socializing. Breakfast is perfect, everything for everyone, a little bit crowded.

A little bit too far from the center but there are trams in front of the hotel. Another thing is that we had a triple room but with 3 single beds. I would prefer one double bed and one single.

We really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were tasty — although the selection was the same every day, it wasn’t a big issue. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the blankets were warm. The room temperature was 22.5°C, which was very comfortable. The tram stop is conveniently located nearby.

Room was initially very clean on arrival ,and the breakfast was really good . Also the self check-in service on arrival was easy and seamless .

The staff were not helpful ,and a tag was left on our door on the after the second night to clean the room but it was never cleaned ,towels were not changed and toilet paper rolls were not replaced . When we reported this to the reception staff ,they stated the towels and toilet paper rolls would be brought up to our room but it never did that entire day . The next day the room was ‘cleaned’ but only the towels were replaced with still no toilet paper rolls . We also requested for an iron for the room and the lady at the reception just stated there isn’t any . When I read more information online about the hotel ,we saw there is a laundry room with irons on the property but she did not state this to us .
