Welcome to our exclusive holiday villa Casa Épica located in the idyllic Benissa Costa near the beautiful fishing village of Moraira and just 1000 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.
This beautiful modern villa, suitable for up to 6 people, offers an unrivalled combination of luxury, comfort and an excellent location.
The minimum age to rent Casa Épica is 27 years and pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
The location of our villa is absolutely perfect. Just a few minutes away you will find the small beach called Cala Baladrar, where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and, during the season, the cozy beach bar Olalá
In addition, there are also numerous sports opportunities in the nearby area, such as diving, snorkeling and walking the Paseo Ecológico, the fantastic walking path along the coast from Moraira to Calpe.

Het huis ligt op een prachtige rustige plek, met uitzicht op een ander deel van de urbanisatie en voor het huis een brede strook met bos . Het huis is bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en heel praktisch ingedeeld. Genoeg leuke plekjes om buiten te zitten. Nu in februari was het natuurlijk nog wat fris, maar als je iets verder in het seizoen bent is het prachtig. Wat ik ook erg fijn vond, dat er toch wat basisspullen aanwezig zijn op het gebied van koken, wassen en allerlei andere kleine spulletjes. Wij vonden wel dat het voor deze tijd (9 tot 23 februari) het huis erg koud was. We moesten nu nog veel bij verwarmen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep bijzonder prettig.
