Lovely couple runs the place, they were available - even gave us lunch recommendation for a restaurant en route. The coastline is at the bottom of the street, other free and pay beach with sunbeds is at the vicinity - but we never got there. We could always find a few square meters where noone was near - very enjoyable and quiet.
Fully equipped household - we could eat microwaweable quick food when wanted to save money by not going to local restaurant which was anyway very nice.
Air conditioning in the living room was not able to cool much of the bedrooms - even with supplied fans working during the night. We were there during the end of 40+ heatwave, so only for a few nights could the windows be opened, but then bright sunshine came in early and by 8 a.m. it was warm again.
There was originally no second set of keys, but as we not necessarily move together got a second set next day.
Be prepared: the local seaside is rocky, with spikes and sea urchins! Swimming shoes are highly recommended!

Great and comfortable villa with great facilities, garden and amazing view. The location was super, just 250m to the beach. This was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the holidays. The communication from the host was wonderful from the point of booking all the way to the end of our stay - including a very helpful list of all local activities and restaurants.
We would totally recommend this accommodation !

Clean and easy to get to main road, close enough to a beach.
First and foremost, the host walked in the house with his own keys un anounced, lucky my wife was not busy in the shower or changing. Make sure to double lock the doors. Definitely not recommended for 7 people as ADVERTISED. There are no sofa beds only fold up camping beds. I was constantly reminded during my stay that the check out is at 11 even though we had already decided on this....
