The host was wonderful and very accommodating to our every needs. Helped carry luggage up to our apartment. The instructions were clear and given the day before so no issues at all. The rooms were spacious with lounge and patio for relaxing. Kitchen well equipped . Town centre was a short walk with plenty of quality restaurants. A pleasurable stay.

interior, location in the city

in the premises we missed such simple things as an air freshener in the toilet or coffee, tea, at least sugar in the kitchen. it would be nice if softener would be used for bath towels. Also, the walls in the apartment are quite thin, so you can hear the activities of the neighbors in other apartments and in the stairwell very well.

Perfectly equiped flat, very close to the centre - it would be a 10 if it was cleaner

Great location, near city centre, there is a small grocery store Żabka around the corner, open every day, and a great little store with Lithuanian products. It is very close to the city centre but also very quiet. The flat has everything you might need even if it isn't brand new, you feel like in your own place: washing machine, fully equiped kitchen, TV, strong Wi-fi, balcony. Really, the owner thought of everything. On 20th Semptember the heating was working fine and the flat was warm enough. We really appreciated that we could arrive at 21:30 instead of 15-16h.

I would give 10 points if the place was cleaner. Unfortunately, there were a lot of dirty surfaces that made the flat look messy (like drawers, small tables, shower's door). although the bed linen and towels smelled fresh and looked very clean. It would be better to have an automatic door locker or something, collecting keys from an elder lady from the neighbor flat was easy but I didn't feel fine when leaving in the morning and waking her up. Moreover, one quilt for two persons wasn't enough for a comfortable sleep.

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta.Brak większych probkemów z parkowaniem, choć niekoniecznie tuż przy mieszkaniu. Łatwo dojść nad Czarną Hańczę. Blisko sklepy.Łatwość zameldowania- żadnych problemów.

Brak większego stołu, gdzie kilka osób może spokojnie zjeść posiłek.Jest tylko ława i mały stoliczek w kuchni.Nieco leciwy TV

Komunikatywna gospodyni - odpowiadała na każde pytanie. Zameldowanie za pomocą kodu do drzwi. W nocy spokojnie i cicho. Gorąca woda i czyste ręczniki w łazience. Można skorzystać z pralki pod warunkiem posiadania własnego detergentu. W kuchni garnki, talerze, kubki i sztućce. Jest jeden ostry nóż. Jest zmywarka oraz duża lodówka z zamrażarką. W oknach są rolety co jest kluczowe gdyż okna kuchni i sypialni wychodzą na parking. Jest balkon gdzie można usiąść i zjeść lub wysuszyć pranie. Wygodne łóżko z czysta pościelą i fotele oraz duża szafa i tv z wejściem na HDMI. Internet działa sprawnie.

Mieszkanie na parterze z oknami na parking oraz tuż przy drzwiach wejściowych bloku pozwala na usłyszenie wszystkich poruszających się po klatce schodowej i prowadzących rozmowy na parkingu. Przydałby się nóż z szerokim ostrzem , olej do smażenia i suszarka do naczyń ( chyba że suszyć w zmywarce ? ).

Удобное заселение- прислали информацию как попасть в квартиру, дистанционное. Вкусно пахло в квартире, чисто, уютно и тихо. Почитав отзывы констатирую, что у нас губка для мытья посуды была новая 😅 Хозяйка быстро выходила на связь и отвечала на все наши вопросы.

Парковку во дворе не нашли,пришлось ставить около двора. Фен слабо дует, долго сушит волосы.

Vieta Ok. Tīrība , klusums, telpu komforts, virtuves vannasiztabas iekārtojums un laba gulta.

Varētu uzlabot komunikāciju angļu valodā. Mājas ārdurvis tiek atslēgtas un ieklūšana apartamentos notiek ar kodu, ko nosauc īpašnieki sazinoties ar viņiem pa telefonu. Ir viena nianse apartamentu durvju kodam- pierms ievadīt kodu, durvju "elektronisko atslēgu" vajag "aktivizēt" nospiežot jebkuru taustiņu (līdz iedegas, jeb izgaismojas cipari uz klaviatūras un tikai tad sākt ievadīt kodu), ko saimnieki nepateica. Līdz ar to ievadot kodu dzīvokļa elektroniskajā atslēgā, uzreiz nekas nenostrādāja, kas radīja nelielu lieku satrukumu par to, ka kods nestrādā vai nav pareizs. Vajadzētu norādīt, kur "legāli" var novietot auto, jo pagalms vakarā vēlu ir faktiski aizpildīts un auto jāliek pretī pazemes garāžu vārtiem (ko sākumā negribas darīt, lai iespējams nenobloķētu citiem izbrauķšanu). Par to saimniekiem vajadzētu padomāt un varbūt norādīt apartamentu fotogrāfijās, kur viesi var droši novietot auto. Bet tas nav pārmetums, kas samazinātu nakstmītnes vērtējumu, tas ir tikai mans personīgs ieteikums.
