About this villa rental
Rent a beautiful villa in a quiet location, outside the residence, very clean.
Painting, furniture, fridge, TV, washing machine, air conditioning ... new.
Large swimming pool (4m x 8m) in a large mature garden (mango, lemon, soursop, coconut trees) surrounded by bougainvilleas.
House located in La Somone, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a supermarket, nice restaurant, pizzeria, town hall ...
10 minutes by car (or taxi) from Saly with its many restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, bars and its casino.
A caretaker is on site (independent studio), he can inform you and give you a lot of nice information.
We installed a wifi box, card to buy on site (10,000 CFA francs), very easy to find (the caretaker can take care of it).
Possibility to pick you up at the airport, to be paid directly on site with the caretaker 30,000 CFA Francs (notify us before).
For Electricity, it is to be paid in addition, (in cash, in CFA Francs) at the end of the stay (for long stays at the end of each month):
- 150 CFA Francs per Kilowatt

The rental was clean and the guard and maid were efficient.
It would have been nice to have at least one small pot for cooking and a decent larger cutting knife for the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool very much.
We had to have the guard come into to town to meet us as it was very difficult to find the place the first time via Google Maps.

Agréable villa, belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin joliment fleuri, bref allez-y les yeux fermés mais ouvrez les lorsque vous arriverez !!!
