simple villa very nice quiet area in the village of niakh-niakhal that can be rented for 2 or up to 8 people all or separately the property is composed of 2 buildings including 1 large independent air-conditioned room for 2 people of 35 m2 furnished equipped for breakfast with fridge with its bathroom, shower, wc, washbasins, deckchairs: for only 150 € per week including fees.
1 fully equipped house of 100 m2: American kitchen, living room, lounge with sofa and satellite reception, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, bathroom shower wc, large covered terrace of 30 m2 shaded. capacity up to 6 people for only € 200 per week. water included electricity in supplement.

Le pavillon est bien situé à 5 minutes de marche de la mer. On a été bien accueillis par le gardien et la femme de ménage très serviables. La propriété est gardée par deux gentils chiens bien dressés mais ils ne rentrent pas dans la maison. Tout l'équipement fonctionnait.
Quleques details mériteraient plus de precision:
- Il faut une carte chargée pour le décodeur de la television. Si j'avais su, j'aurais apporté la mienne mais pour les non residents sénégalais, c'est compliqué. Idem pour le Wi-Fi.
- Il y a la place pour garer la voiture dans le jardin et on peut la laisser sans problem dans la rue. pour ceux qui veulent absolument la rentrer dans la cour, mieux vaut le préciser.
