Casa Piersilvia B is a bright apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Piersilvia B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. Casa Piersilvia B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, a few steps from a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area).
Casa Piersilvia B is located on the second floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 36 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Piersilvia B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Casa Piersilvia A, B and C are three apartments witch are part of a small building located on the top of the characteristic village of Praiano, from where you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Amalfi Coast.
This village is well known for its slow life style of its inhabitants and for he friendly atmosphere of its restaurants and cafes.
Casa Piersilvia is a few steps from the main tourist attractions, such as Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum and many others... Trekking lovers will find there the ideal place for their mountain itineraries on the peaks of the Amalfi Coast.
The most important is the Path of the Gods from where you will face breathtaking panoramas and reach ancient hamlets and convents nearby.
Terrace
The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

We had a wonderful week in Praiano. The view from the balcony of the flat is AMAZING. Couldn't stop looking out of the window...
The equipment of the flat is above the average standard of houses we stayed in during the last years. If you are a real kitchen nerd like me who does a lot of cooking at home, you might want to bring your own knife. The ones in the flat are ok for a short stay. The oven has a perfect size for two people. The stove works with gas which I really like. Bathroom is well equipped including hairdryer and washing machine.
Ivan [the owner] is an absolutely wonderful host who was prepared to help virtually 24/7. He was even so kind to pick us up at the bus station when we arrived and welcomed us with a Panettone in the flat. Thanks for being such a good host!
Amazing service from Summer In Italy! Originally, we had picked another town. Luca and Melanie informed me that outside the season we might have problems staying there and suggested alternatives. They really listened to what we were looking for and suggested the perfect place for us.

Fabulous apartment in Praiano with great views. Perfect location away from the busy towns on the Amalfi Coast but near enough to visit them. Good local bus service nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach.
Ivan [the owner] was very helpful showing us round the apartment and explaining where to park for free. He was also very quick to respond with any queries we had during our stay.
Booked with Summer In Italy as we liked the look of the apartment. Very helpful, always answered emails promptly.

Amazing apartment, fully equipped, in a fantastic location. There is nothing lacking, you just need to arrive and immediately fall in love with the view and start your holiday.
Mr Ivan is the PERFECT host/landlord. Always available to help or answer questions and always with a smile.
Praiano is a dream; quiet and so relaxing and with excellent restaurants; far enough away from the craziness of Positano and Amalfi and yet both are easy to get to in 20 min by bus.
The whole experience, starting with Summer in Italy, has far surpassed our expectations. We will be back.
