About this chalet rental

Come spend a vacation in the mountains with your family, in a quiet location close to the city center. Our chalet, very comfortable and south-facing, offers a magnificent view of the mountain just above the village of Samoëns.

Renovated in the summer of 2014, this spacious duplex chalet now features 4 bedrooms, a built-in kitchen, a large 30 m² living/dining room, a balcony, a terrace, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. Fully equipped and comfortable, our vacation home also offers amenities for children: a crib, a high chair, and children’s toys...
The mountain-style decor combines traditional charm with modern touches, featuring wood-paneled walls and wooden furniture.

Surrounding the chalet, on an 800 m² lot, you’ll appreciate the patio furniture, the charcoal grill, the private parking area for 2–3 cars, and the ski equipment storage area. On the hotel grounds, guests can rent bed linens, bicycles, and cleaning services.

We had a fantastic stay in the lovely chalet of fam. de Broca. The chalet is comfortable and spacious enough for two families (each with two teenagers). The view, overseeing the valley, is spectacular! The property is well-equipped and Matthieu has been extremely friendly and accommodating. We would warmy recommend staying here and hope to come back one day!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte situé idéalement sur un versant sud donnant sur Samoëns. La vue est magnifique et le chalet très agréable et bien équipé. Le séjour était parfait
