IDEAL RESIDENCE TO BE PEACEFUL AND QUIET; you have a superb view of the
mountains including 'LE CRIOU'. SAMOENS has kept the charm of an authentic village with a warm atmosphere. The 1st shops are 800 meters away (10 minutes on foot, 1 minute by car.).
IN WINTER: Skiers embark on the GRAND MASSIF EXPRESS to access the slopes. The GRAND MASSIF area includes 265 km of alpine ski slopes: 14 black, 46 red, 67 blue and 17 green served by 78 ski lifts without forgetting 76km of cross-country ski trail, and the ESF school. For the rental of equipment (ski, shoes ......), we have a partner store in order to benefit from a reduction of -15% on the price.
IN SUMMER: you are near the alpine botanical garden of JAYSINIA in order to discover the 5000 floral species, but also the swimming pool, the lakes of the leisure center, and all the fun and sporting activities.
NUMEROUS FAMILY, COUPLE WITH CHILDREN, RETIREES, SPORTSMEN ........ THE DUPLEX IS MODULAR according to the number of people (2 to 12 people) and the quantity of rooms (1 to 4) without forgetting the additional beds on the large mezzanine. Clean and warm apartment with great morning views, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and helpful housekeeper. Good value property suitable for groups. Guests loved the experience and hope to visit again.
