Modern , stylish, central

Lovely apartment , modern and stylish in excellent location for the Arena and all the sites.

It wasn’t clear to me when I booked for 2 people that we would need to pay extra for use of the second bedroom. We were travelling as friends and so needed separate beds but because the apartment was widely referred to as a 2 bedroom apartment I had wrongly assumed we would have access to the whole apartment.

The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the centre of Verona. Lots of restaurants and eating options immediately under the building. Modern apartment with excellent hosts that were super responsive and accomodating as our plans flexed.

Large apartment in great location.

Great location near old town and large parking garage. Short walk to all the main sites and many great restaurants. Lift/elevator to apartment. Large, clean, comfortable apartment with washing machine and drying rack. Greeted by nice hosts with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Nice views over the piazza.

There is a bar/cafe on the street level of the building so it can be loud if you leave the windows open at night. Thankfully, noise blocked out if you close the windows.

Terrific apartment

Location, facilities, awesome sound system which plays in every room. Nice touches such as coffee and cold bottled water in the fridge. Well equipped kitchen, lovely sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Able to leave our bags in a secure area and collect later in the day. Host was exceptionally helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Great stay, will be back, for sure!

Location was excellent, host received us with water in the fridge, an Easter gift and champagne. Everything that was supposed to be available was, so we were very happy about the place. And downstairs had an excellent place for breakfast, if you did not feel like preparing breakfast “at home”.

Lovely place!

This was a wonderfull 3 days holliday indeed! Erika and her husband was very friendly and polite: they gave us all information that we needed and even more - Erika was always in touch before our arriving and after. The apartment looks really great and fully equipped: big open spaces, lovely design, one big very comfortable bed and two single person' beds and many other needed things. The kitchen have everything except maybe microwave, but that's only looks strange for other nations like us, because cooking on stove is much healthier and Italian people knows that)) Bathroom is gorgeous and the hydro bath is like a cherry on the cake))) The view on the city is stunning - especially snow hats of the mountains)) The distance from the bus/train station is about 7-10 minutes by feet. From the Arena and supermarkets - about 3-5 minutes. With much pleasure i recommend Erika appartment and once again say thanks for our great little holidays!

Ottimo appartamento

Ottima posizione anche per chi viaggia in treno. La stazione ferroviaria si trova a circa 20 minuti a piedi e il centro è a pochi passi. Zona molto bella e piena di locali. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed è molto confortevole. L'aria condizionata che si diffonde in modo omogeneo per tutta la casa, è veramente un surplus. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di poter usufruire della cantina per il deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza e gli omaggi (una bottiglia di spumante, dell'acqua naturale e cialde del caffè). Erika molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente

Consiglio ai gestori di rendere più visibile, soprattutto per chi prenota da mobile, magari scrivendolo direttamente nella descrizione dell'appartamento, il fatto che si deve pagare un surplus all'arrivo per chi prenota per due persone, ma desidera due camere distinte e quindi l'intero alloggio e non una sua parte. Consiglio, inoltre, di indicarne il costo esatto (50€), affinché il cliente conosca prima di confermare la prenotazione, il prezzo finale effettivo e possa così confrontare in modo trasparente l'offerta con altre di pari valore.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, situato a pochi centinaia di metri dall'arena di Verona. La proprietaria e suo marito sono molto gentili e accoglienti.

Molto bello

Appartamento perfetto, nuovo, ampio e molto pulito. Posizione ottima, in centro e vicinissima all’Arena. Proprietaria gentile, disponibile ed accogliente. Essendo due amiche, abbiamo usufruito di entrambe le camere da letto e quindi pagato il supplemento per la pulizia, come indicato nella descrizione della struttura. Anche la camera più piccola e’ comunque comoda e confortevole.
