3BR Casa Matuk I Steps from Spectacular Beach I Private Pool

Het huis en de locatie waren geweldig en we voelden ons erg veilig door de beveiliging bij de poort. De villa is zeer smaakvol ingericht en zeer compleet. Slecht 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Playa del Carmen en 2 minuten naar een klein strand.

Omdat er geen huisnaam of huisnummer op het huis staat konden we het moeilijk vinden. We hebben geen fietsen gezien terwijl bij de boeking stond dat deze wel aanwezig zouden zijn.

Very good house for family

Fabulous pool size Kitchen good but dishwasher not working Doesn’t mention in the description that staff live in the grounds so it’s not private Bedrooms good . Toilet flushing poor. Smell of rotten eggs in the laundry room and outside back door Cleaners scheduled every day between 9-3 but never came for first week . When we made contact we were told , we just had to ask but 9-10 only . I explained we had 2 disabled daughters so could it be later the answer was no . Pool cleaning Monday Wednesday and Friday but needed everyday as birds messing and lots of tree foliage going in. Outside swept once in 20 days , we did it the rest. Great estate with private security Felt very safe and they were very friendly.
