スタッフが皆、笑顔で感じがよい。 大浴場、客室、清潔。 朝のビッフェは、沢山、種類があり、おいしかった。庭園が素敵でした、

夕食の味付けが、調味料の味が浮き出ていて、残念でした。お刺身は、美味しかったです。

We recently stayed at Iizaka Onsen Surikamitei Ohtori as a family of four and had a wonderful time. The hotel is situated right next to a hill, providing a beautifully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was fantastic; the dinner set was excellent and featured some truly delicious gyoza, while the breakfast was equally good with very tasty fresh vegetables. The hot spring baths were absolutely great and perfect for relaxing. The location is also very convenient for exploring, as we really enjoyed walking around the Iizaka Onsen area and even took a trip to visit the nearby Fukushima Prefectural Museum of Art. Most importantly, every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We would like to say thank you once again to the entire team for such a memorable stay!

施設が本当に綺麗で温泉もあり朝食付きで本当に泊まってよかったです。 今は福島県外に住んでいますが、祖母が福島出身で久しぶりに飯坂温泉の旅館に泊まりたいとのことでお伺いしました。家族で素敵な思い出の1ページをを貴館で作ることができました。 送迎もあり、降車後もドライバーさんが丁寧にお辞儀をして見送ってくださり良い気分で帰路に向かうことができました。 ありがとうございました！

お部屋にゲジゲジ(虫)が出てきました。 土地的に自然豊かなので虫がいることは不思議ではないですし、僕自身同じような緑の環境で幼少期育ってきたのでクレームとかではないですが、中には驚く方もいるだろうな~と思いました。

お風呂が大きくて気持ちよかった。食事も美味しく日本酒3種飲み比べが付いたプランはお得感があった。最寄駅への送迎は助かりました。
