This is a fourth-floor partial ocean view, full mountain view two bedroom, two bathroom condominium vacation rental. The condo sleeps six including two on the new queen sleeper sofa. It is fully furnished with new bedding, living room furniture and an internet connected TV in the living room with cable. Enter the master suite and see the king size bed, jacuzzi and bathroom with two sinks and a glassed in shower. The large balcony has two beautiful, comfortable, handmade wood rocking chairs and matching table. You can enjoy your morning coffee or tea as you listen to the Howler monkeys, birds and sounds of the nearby Pacific Ocean. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the bathroom is just outside the entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare meals and “boat” drinks. The living room is comfortable and there are great views through the full-sized windows that open onto a large balcony. The balcony off the living room is great for entertaining. It has a dining table for four as well as seating for six with great views of the nearby hills and a partial view of the ocean. How Far To The Beach The beautiful Pacific Ocean is a short seven-minute walk from your front door. The sandy beaches have rocky sections and an estuary to the south that can be crossed at lower tides to reach a beautiful sand beach. The Peninsula complex This is a seven story complex with covered, assigned parking and 24-hour, on-site security. It also includes a large, beautiful pool which has a jacuzzi and kiddie pool. The fully equipped, two story exercise room on the 7th floor has great ocean views which can be enjoyed while using the elliptical or treadmills. It has a barbeque area beside the pool and a game room with pool table and foosball table. Nearby The shop next door rents bicycles, surfboards and many other beach needs. There is a very good restaurant in the same shopping area. A small grocery (bodega) is a five-minute walk away. Other restaurants are nearby in Langosta as well. Playa Tamarindo is around a mile away and can be reached by a 15 – 20 -minute walk on the road or at lower tides via the beach. Tamarindo has a great variety of restaurants and bars plus many of grocery stores. Costa Rica is outdoor enthusiast’s paradise! The beaches are for surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing and scuba diving. Nearby are volcanoes and rainforests where you can enjoy nature photography, hiking and ride zip lines.
