Stay Hotel

This hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance of the Chungjang-ro Street where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, and it's also close to a metro station and the Asian Culture Centre. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The man at reception remembered my name and asked me every day if I wanted fresh towels and more water. They stopped me one night as I returned to the hotel as they saw me carrying water from the convenience store. They said don't bother with that, we'll give you it for free. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a PC set up for watching Netflix. Breakfast didn't have much choice and was the same every day, but what was there tasted good.

The room could've been a bit cleaner. There were some large hairs on the floor and in the bathroom, and there were stains or marks on the bedsheets. Even after adjusting the fridge temperature, it still froze everything in it.

Great location, cooked breakfast included. Very spacious room. Free parking and friendly staff. Close to many good restaurants and attractions

Interior surfaces and furniture could do with freshening up.

The reception was a mess. First impressions are important and it does not help.
