About this house rental
Completely renovated farmhouse with exposed stones and bricks, typical of the Tuscan countryside furnished with valuable furniture of about 85 square meters with a splendid view over the plain of Florence Prato and Pistoia. The property is spread over two floors and consists of a living area on the ground floor with a living room and kitchen with fireplace from which through a terrace and stairs to the rear garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms one of which with two single beds that can be joined together as needed and become double and two bathrooms one with a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi. In the basement, connected by a spiral staircase with the ground floor, there is a cellar dating back to the end of '800 with characteristic vaulted ceilings and stone walls. It is also furnished and comfortable during the summer as a cool place for dinners or a simple aperitif in relaxation. The property is accompanied by exclusive parking for two cars, and an exclusive rear garden of about 70 square meters. complete with gazebo with sitting area which can be accessed both from the kitchen and from the cellar. From all parts of the building and from all rooms you can enjoy an excellent view of the surrounding plains and the hills of Montalbano. 4-legged friends are welcome but we would prefer to be warned of their presence.
For an extra fee, it is possible to request an exclusive tourist guide available for the whole of Tuscany, as well as a private driver with his own vehicle, with access to all the areas excluded from traffic, in major cities.

Very nice place. Excellent host. Great little village with good places to eat. I would not recommend Haam because service was awful. Wonderful man at the outdoor market has good meats and cheese. He gave us samples with wine!!

Casa Leornardo was a wonderful place to call home for a few days. Our host Jari was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with.
An easy drive to Florence and other surrounding towns.
If you love gelato you must visit Dolci Tentazioni in the town Piazza Risorgimento!
