A vacation at Grande Villas offers something for everyone, featuring well-appointed 1-bedroom villas with all the comforts of home for you and your family. Approximately 538 square feet, this One-Bedroom Villa features 2 Double Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.
Additional amenities include: cable television, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, hairdryer, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove/range, fire pit, and iron/ironing board.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Grande Villas is Jacksonville International (JAX) which is 46 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Call the resort prior to check in to inform of late arrival. Resort will arrange for key pick-up at the lock box on site.

The unit worked great for us. The only negatives about the unit were that the kitchen didn't have any counter space and the stove would be better if it was a flat top (able to use the stove top space as a counter). We enjoyed the amenities and the resort was not overcrowded. Plenty of space to enjoy.

The room was large, great bed, nice kitchen, newer gas grills, excellent pool and so much more. Loved our stay.

Nice place, great location. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. Washer/Dryer made it nice. Came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
