About this apartment rental

Cocoonr offers you this apartment/house to rent in Dinard, right in the heart of the pretty little market town of St Enogat. It opens onto a lovely enclosed garden and is very bright. On the garden level of a villa divided into three, this 50 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and comprises a lounge area, a dining area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a terrace and a large enclosed garden. At the end of the garden is St Enogat beach. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A terrace, and a large enclosed garden with garden furniture. At the end of the garden is the beach at St Enogat.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Area and activities :
- Everything can be done on foot, including the beach, shopping, restaurants and bakeries.
- You'll also be very close to the Dinard thalassotherapy centre, ideal for a spa treatment or a day of pampering.
- The centre of Dinard is a 5-minute drive away. Exceptional market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Saint Malo is a 15-minute drive away, and you can experience the taxi-boat that will take you there in 10 minutes.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space in front of the garage.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Malo about 21 minutes by car (11.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1h05 by car (80.4 km)

    Le Safran "🙂 Great location and lovely garden 🙁 The front bedroom needs to have the windows adjusted so that they can be securely slightly open. Our friends did not sleep as they felt unable to open the window (as it was straight onto the street and anyone could jump in) but they were far too hot to sleep. For this reason we would sadly not visit again."

    Le Safran This is a beautiful property. We were there in November so we did not get to enjoy the gardens but they were delightful to look at. In the distance the English Channel is visible. The apartment is on the ground floor so access was easy. However, make sure you try to lock and unlock the exterior door before the host leaves. It is tricky. The apartment layout is simple, the furnishings appealing, the beds and bedding comfortable. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond for our late arrival. I could not be more thankful for her gracious attitude and thorough communication. The apartment is within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute walk to a plaza with restaurants and bakeries. It was simply charming. Would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommend.

    Très belle maison de ville,à 100 m de la plage et 50 m des boulangerie et restaurant,petite supérette à 100m également.Beau jardin à profiter aux beaux jours.Tres bien hors saison mais compliquer à louer l été si vous avez une voiture familiale.Un petit garage est attenant à la maison mais compliqué pour une grosse voiture.Maison en bord de route donc l été galère pour se garer.Nous conseillons cette charmante maison hors saison.
