About this house rental
This property is in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk from the beach, it is ideal for 2 families or a larger family group.
The main house has a fitted kitchen diner has views of the sea. The large lounge area is ideal for relaxing with log burner for cozy winter days. The master bedroom has an en-suite and superking bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with optional trundle bed. Full family bathroom and 2 separate toilets are located in the main bungalow building.
The annex has an open plan bedroom upstairs which has a superking bed at one end and a double at the other, with a single sofa bed in the middle for lounging or sleeping. Downstairs the games room has a newly refurbished pool table (November 25) and plenty of seating. Ideal for a second family or for older children.
There are a variety of wet suits and shoes, body boards, buckets, spades and various games available for your use in the garage.

Spacious, close to the beach property with good amenities . Children enjoyed the beach however the sea did not suit small children due to the current and stones under the water. Good for experienced surfers. Convenient cafe near the beach and shops/ supermarkets in Bude only a short drive away.

Had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Lovely location and everything you would need including comfortable beds and lots of space inside and out. Will definitely book again.

What can you say but, WOW, AWESOME !!!!This property has everything you could wish for in a holiday home, despite the fact that covid 19 restrictions were in place and have changed the way the owners can present the property, in no way what so ever did you realise it.Clean, tidy and very, very spacious best describe 1The Mallows (the recent renovation the owners have carried out were excellent), the outdoor space of the huge secure gardens that comes with this property are amazing, our two dogs loved exploring them.With the beach just across road and dunes, there was no excuse to not visit it every night to dip yours toes in the ocean (or go for a swim in the dogs case) and then watch the beautiful sunsets.All in all, an excellent holiday at an excellent location, that sadly went to quickly, but without a doubt we will definitely be back.Thank you Sharon and the team :)
