Beautiful apartment at 50m from the sea, quiet and bright in the residence Guayero on Los Cristianos, one of the best tourist areas of southern Tenerife.
It is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach.
The residence is close to all shops (restaurants and supermarkets within 50m), leisure facilities (mini golf, kindergartens) and transport facilities (bus, taxi, ferry).
The complex has a superb community pool. In addition the residence has a direct and private access to the promenade along the sea.
This apartment consists of a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and has free wifi broadband.
It also has a pleasant terrace with mountain and sea views.

This is a lovely apartment, comfortable and immaculately clean, well equipped, very close to the seafront , shops and bar/restaurants. Great wifi and smart tv.
There is a great wiev from the balcony down to the sea, and on the other side into the mountains. The environment in this building feels quiet, safe and calm. The pool area is nice, with sun benches and sun umbrellas.
Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks Sébastien.

We can'tcan't fault the appartment itself. It was well equipped and very clean. Maybe a few international news channels would have been a bonus, but otherwise the appartment was fine. Unfortunately the owner has no control over other flats and two flats from us major renovations were taking place. This made it impossible to sit out on the balcony. Or even stay in the flat while they were working. It put a damper on the holiday. The owner was kind enough to offer an extra three days gratis, but the wife had had enough. The flat is well situated, but I must admit Los Christianos is is not our cup of tea. Other flats in the complex must have been affected by the noise. Basically the noise spoilt our holiday.
