The Junction

I have traveled North America for 20 as a professional speaker staying at many places. Never have I experienced a more secluded and beautiful location. This was more than perfect for our honeymoon.

Though the rocky road for access far up in this mountain canyon above the merging of two rushing streams was rough, it was not impassable and added to the adventure. I highly recommend this place.

Everything about this secret hideaway was amazing. We loved being disconnected from the world(it felt like) No work problems, no bad news, no bad things to scroll on Facebook/Instagram/tiktok. The creek rushing down below was such a relaxing sound. The butterflies flying around, the birds chirping and crickets signing made it even better. Could have sat on the porch from sun up to sun down. Even though it's a small cabin, it didn't't feel that way at all. Very clean and had everything we needed ( we forgot to buy coffee, thankfully they had some in the cabinet). We love this find and hope to make more visits in upcoming months and years to come. We even entered with a warm welcoming written on the board and 2 slices of very delicious chocolate banana bread. Thank you so much for providing all that you did and for sharing your little peaceful hideaway.

There's nothing I could complain about.

We loooved the seclusion, the roaring sound of the river below, the privacy, and the hosts!!! The cabin is soooo comfortable and inviting, we didn’t leave not one time!!! It truly feels like a home away from home!! These hosts provided everything from your typical kitchen and bath ware, to little pieces of scrap paper in case you need to write a quick note. There’s love and care in every detail of this beautiful vacation home and it shows!! My husband and I will be back for another vacation, and some more chocolate chip banana bread!!!

the ONLY complaint was the small bed but we understand why with the small space
