It has comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, patio with BBQ, lounge chairs and outdoor dining set. Two car garage, with washer/dryer. Fast speed internet and large screen TV with many cable, movie and sports channels. The condo is in a guard protected, gated community for guests aged 55+. Condo is right on the golf course with beautiful, relaxing views and it's an easy walk to the club house, restaurant, pool, post office and community/activities center. The condo is only 12 miles to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.

Everything was perfect. Great location and great home. Can’t think of any negatives. Owner was available and responsive when we had a small request. Highly recommend this property. Would comeback every year if available.
