My family — three adults and a 6-year-old child — were left out on the street on New Year’s Eve. We had been driving from Germany for more than two hours. In addition to us, another family from Germany with a 4-year-old child was also left outside. The reservation had been made in advance, and at 4:30 p.m. we sent a message to the hotel informing them that we would arrive between 6 and 7 p.m. No one answered the doorbell, and when we called the hotel by phone, the calls went to voicemail. It’s hard to imagine anything worse. But despite everything, our New Year still turned out well. Thank you to the city for the atmosphere.

Nice place. Would stay here again and recommend it for somebody that is looking for a basic room to sleep and stay for a vacation.

I was not aware that the bath and the kitchen were shared with other rooms, maybe I missed it, but it didnt cause any problems for us anyway.

It's nice for Europe..

The place had 3 beds which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and spacious. They had enough towels, which in Europe its always a plus. The host is nice. It is Europe so they will speak with you daily.. which for us in American is kind of weird.

What I love about the US is that they make hotels in the same quality standard. I loved the place but in the US this would be a 4/10 type of hotel. Couple of things to note - The place had no AC. I understand its Europe but people go there for Tomorrowland in the middle of July. Not having an AC is just silly. It ruined our nights as we had to lay in bed with no cover to keep our body cool. At least buy a strong ceiling fan. - The place doesn't tell you its a shared bathroom. This was kind of a big deal because my gf doesn't like to share bathroom. And it doesn't say in the ad its a shared bathroom - Iron... I can't stress this enough. I think even the 1 star hotel in the US have irons for guests. the host mentioned his wife doesn't like to lend out her iron. I wasn't asking for her iron. Just buy some for the guests. It's these little things that European hotels could do that would make the guest experience 10x better but it seems they are ok offering outdated services for their guests.

Good place to explore Antwerp

Nice location, good place to make my way to Casablanca Festival as well as explore the city center by bike. Nice hosts with some tips and offered parking for car and bike. The room was nice and comfy for my night there. Tram is nearby, if needed.

SASASAS, they kept throwing absolute slammers left and right like it was DnB christmas.

Modestep Live. Ridiculously amateurish set bro. Bad sound check and balance, "musicians" incapable of keeping up with a 140 BPM four on the floor... Guess that's what happens when you mix triggers and acoustic instruments.

It was very cosy and privte and very near the tram station. Except for the day of check-in when I Couldn't get the hosts on the phone and had to wait until 8pm from 1pm to check in. Otherwise, the hosts are excellent and kept everything very clean I highly recommend it

Wonderful

The owner met us at the door and made us comfortable immediately. He was genuinely nice and even helped with the luggage. The room was spacious and had some small biscuits and chocolate set out to go with tea. The beds were comfortable and we just had a very pleasant stay.
