Tzupedo is a fully self-contained 2 BR luxury garden apartment in Collaroy (currently configured as 1BR and one Study) on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, perfect for two people. Boasting picturesque views in a leafy seaside setting with abundant birdlife, this character-filled full-brick unit is set in a quiet residential street, only a 5-minute walk to Long Reef beach and golf course, cafes, shops, and express buses. It is also walking and cycling distance to a range of scenic walks and cycleways, including Narrabeen Lakes, Edgecliff Boulevard, and Long Reef Headland.
With reverse cycle air conditioning, the apartment features high ceilings, timber floors, and two bedrooms: the master with a king-sized bed and the second configured as a study with a king single bed. Both the master bedroom and study feature generous floor to ceiling wardrobes.
The open plan living/dining area features a fully-equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, microwave, stove, oven and espresso machine. Kick back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy the complimentary WiFi—or just relax and take in the beautiful views, balmy breezes, and sounds of ocean waves. French doors open to a covered patio with BBQ facilities, an outdoor dining setting, and private garden.
Whale watching can be enjoyed from the property during whale seasons, but an even more breathtaking view is just a short 5-minute walk away at Long Reef Lookout.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. We unfortunately cannot accept any other domestic pets.

My dog Charli and I had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom property. The hosts really have thought of everything and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed including some additional treats for both of us and we were comfortable. They provided dog bowls, dog bed and pet towels which is fabulous. The pool was lovely and has a ramp so its easy to access for you and your pup who can go swimming with you. I highly recommend staying here with your pup. It was quiet and relaxing, has ocean view, you can hear the waves and is close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful and quiet garden apartment. Excellent location. Wonderful and very generous hosts. My two dogs were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

We were impressed with the attention to detail from the owners. Nothing was too much trouble.
A GF option of a home made banana loaf was a delightful surprise. Our Cavalier Spaniel was made welcome & he thoroughly enjoyed having playmates. We will visit again, hopefully soon.

The owners were extremely polite and attentive. The property was challenging to access. Inside it was not really set up for a self contained stay. The cook top was a portable oven/2 hot plates which was located right below the fire alarm so cooking was not really an option. They linen in the bedrooms were not ironed and were roughly placed. The windows were extremely difficult to open so fresh air was very limited when you stay there with a cat. The pool was in the private area of the owners which felt awkward for me to access. Being under the owners home, the noice level was a real problem for me. I also think if the lay out was explained in the vacation description, I would not have chosen this stay. But I can’t stress enough how welcoming and friendly the owners were.
