About this apartment rental

This newly renovated, pet-friendly ground-floor apartment on our direct beachfront property at Narrabeen Beach, Sydney, sleeps up to four guests. Across a flexible one-to-two bedroom layout, it pairs heritage character and genuine timber floors with hotel-grade bedding, soundproof windows, and a sunroom that catches Narrabeen's sunsets. Every guest has direct access to the beach via our communal beachfront garden — under 30 seconds to the sand, providing you and your family a private, self-contained, modern beachfront apartment.

What is it like to stay in Apartment 2?
The sunroom is where most guests end up spending their evenings (if they're not watching the waves roll in from the back garden). Genuine timber flooring runs underfoot, afternoon light floods through the western-facing windows, enticing you to take advantage of the tropical beachfront garden.
The sunroom doubles as a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and — here's the detail that surprises most guests — it can be closed off completely from the rest of the apartment to create a genuine second bedroom. That turns Apartment 2 from a pet-friendly one-bedroom into a flexible two-bedroom layout, which is hard to find in beachfront accommodation at this price point on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Beyond the sunroom, you've got a full-size kitchen with an original sandstock brick feature wall that speaks to the building's heritage, a separate dining area, and a bedroom with a king bed — or we'll split it into two king singles if that works better for your group. As with all of our apartments, Apartment 2 has Sealy hotel-selection mattresses, hotel-quality bed linen, and soundproof windows in both the kitchen and bedroom so you sleep as deeply as you would in a five-star hotel, even when the surf is up.

How close is the beach?
This is what makes The Coachhouse different from every other Narrabeen Beach holiday apartment.
Our property backs directly onto the beach — the communal garden leads straight onto the sand with no roads, houses, or parkland in between. You can walk from Apartment 2 through the garden and have your feet on Narrabeen Beach in under 30 seconds.
Apartment 2 sits on the western side of the building, facing the sunsets rather than the ocean, but the beachfront garden belongs to every guest. There's a shaded pergola out there too, sheltered from the wind but still framing the water — the kind of spot where a morning coffee turns into an hour without you noticing.

The term heritage was a euphemism for old The probkem was the size. It was not an apattment it was a flat or a bedsit. This was fine if a broken window didnt bang all night There was not room in bedroom or bathroom to change your mind. The location was great, except the beach waa fenced off Again, none of this wouid matter if the price wasn't for a luxury apartnent. I stayed at a nearny 4 star hotel for a similar price. On rhe upside, the host was nice, and they left a great welcome hamper He rang me personally, and sent me great detail about arrangements and logistics. Just wasnt what was asvertised, and I delt ripped off
